Start from Lao Cai or Sapa at 6h00.
Arrive at Muong Khuong town around 8h30. Fellowing a river with amazing landscapes.
After visiting the market you will have lunch in the local restaurant. You will then visit the village of Tay people where you have opportunity to explore their daily life.

Before going home, you take a break at Ham Rong (Dragon Mouth) waterfall to enjoy a view over terrace rice fields (Nung ethnic group).
Go back to Lao Cai train station or Sapa 16h00.
