DMZ Tour

From 1954 to 1975, the Ben Hai River served as the demarcation line between South Vietnam and North Vietnam. The Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) consisted of an area of 5 km to either side of the demarcation line, running more or less parallel to national route 9 and perpendicular to the Ho Chi Minh trail. During the Vietnam War, the Southern area of DMZ was one of the most bloodiest battlefields.

- 7h30 pick you up at your hotel in Hue, transfer to DMZ (Demilitarized Zone): the ancient city of Quang Tri.

- This tour will take you back to the war sites, including: Ben Hai River, Hien Luong Bridge - the Seventeenth parallel - the border between North and South Vietnam during the war, Vinh Moc Tunnel - an underground village system in the “free fire zone of the Vinh Linh district”, Khe Sanh Combat base, Visit the museum of the base and walk around the base, Ho Chi Minh Trail, Dong Ha Town, Rock Pile.

- Last but not least, you will have a chance to visit Van Kieu ethnic group in the Central of Vietnam.

- Return back to Hue late afternoon.
