Leaving Sapa or Lao Cai train station early in the morning at 6h30, you take the car to Bac Ha market. This drive takes you approx 3 hours.
Arriving in Bac Ha at 9h30 and the best time to visit the big market with its entire colorful ethnic people such as White and Black Hmong, Phu La, Dao Tuyen who gather here to buy and sell. After visiting this outdoor market you will enjoy your lunch in a restaurant, then the guide will take you for a two-hour hike to Ban Pho village (Tay and Hmong ethnic people). At around 15h00 you return to the bus for the ride back to Sapa (at 18h00) or to Lao Cai train station at 17h00 depending on your wish. Train to Hanoi will start between 21h00 and 22h00.
