Day 1: Hanoi - Mai Chau
Leave Hanoi early morning by road for Mai Chau.
Arriving at Mai Chau, have lunch in a local house with wooden pillars. After lunch, drive to the Ma river (30 min, 15 km) for a short boat ride of 30 min. Get off the boat and trek through villages for 2 hours.
Back to Mai Chau for dinner and stay in the wooden pillars house with the friendly Thai ethnic people.
Day 2: Mai Chau - Lac Village - Hanoi
After breakfast, we trek through the green rice paddies and the local villages to see the daily life of local people, back to the Lac Village for lunch. In the afternoon transfer back to Hanoi by road.
